Ингредиенты

3 c. grated raw potatoes 1 sm. onion 2 large eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon salt (optional) 1 1/2 T flour 1/8 teaspoon baking pwdr

Инструкции

1. Grate potatoes and keep in water. When all are grated, drain. Add in onion, beaten large eggs, salt and flour and baking pwdr. Mix well. Drop on greased frying pan till brown. Makes 12 pancakes.
