  • 2 c. Fresh Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1/4 c. Onion, Coarsely Minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano, Dry
  • 3/4 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Jalapeno Pepper, Coarse Chop
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, Minced

Инструкции

  1. Mix the tomatoes and onion, blending well. Add in all the other ingredients, blending well. Let stand for 1 hour before serving for the flavors to meld. May be served at room temperature or possibly chilled.
  2. Makes about 21/4 c.. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Potato skins, Thick Green Bell Pepper Wedges, Oysters, Mushroom Caps
