- Sift the first 4 ingredients several times to mix thoroughly. Add in the All-Bran, then the raisins and nuts. Stir in the buttermilk. Bake in two 8 x 4 inch waxed lined loaf pans at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 2 loaves (16 slices each). Approximately 105 calories per serving.
