  • 100 gm Digestive biscuits, crumbled (3 1/2 ounce)
  • 50 gm Porridge oats, (2oz)
  • 50 gm Hazelnuts, minced roughly (2oz)
  • 50 gm Raisins, (2oz)
  • 25 gm Lowfat milk chocolate, (1oz)
  • 100 gm Half-fat spread, (3 1/2 ounce)

Инструкции

  1. Lightly grease and base-line a 15-18cm (6-7inch) shallow square tin.
  2. Mix together the biscuit crumbs, porridge oats, nuts, raisins in a large bowl.
  3. Heat the chocolate and half-fat spread gently in a saucepan. Stir into the biscuit mix, ensuring it is thoroughly mixed.
  4. Spoon the mix into the prepared tin, press down well and level the surface. Refrigeratefor about 2 hrs or possibly till set.
  5. Turn out of the tin and cut into 16 pcs. Store in an airtight tin.
