Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Trout filets (4-ounce each)
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 3 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger, fresh, finely minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon peel, grated
  • 1 x Garlic clove, finely minced

Инструкции

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over trout. Cover and chill about 30 min. Remove trout from marinade. Broil 4 inches from heat source for about 3 to 5 min or possibly till fish flakes with a fork. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
  2. Or possibly use 1/3 c. bottled teriyaki sauce for marinade.
