- 2 shallots, chopped
- 2 eggs (you can substitute 3 egg whites)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 2 tbs Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tsp olive oil, divided
- Spoon into a small baking dish, coated with oil. (I use a 7 inch square glass baking dish)
