Ингредиенты

8 c. cooked rice 1 can evaporated lowfat milk 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. golden brown raisins

3 Large eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon grnd cardamom 2 tbsp. butter

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients to make a thick pudding. Pour into well-buttered 9x13 inch pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees till a knife comes out clean when inserted.
