Radish Instant pickle

Summary
Pickling" is the process of preserving food by anaerobic fermentation and storing it in an acid solution, usually vinegar. The resulting food is called a pickle. This procedure gives the food a salty or sour taste.
Pickling began 4000 years ago using cucumbers native to India. It is called "achar" in northern India.India has a large variety of pickles (known as Achar in Punjabi and Hindi, Uppinakaayi in Kannada, Lonacha in Marathi, Oorukai in Tamil, ooragaya in telugu, which are mainly made from mango, lime, Indian gooseberry (amla), chilli, vegetables such as egg plants, carrots, cauliflower,tomato, bitter gourd & green tamarind etc., ginger, garlic, onion and citron. These fruits/vegetables are generally mixed with some other ingredients i.e. salt, spices, vegetable oils and is set to mature.

Ingredients
- Turmeric powder-1tbsp
- Red chili powder-1tbsp
- Salt-1-1/2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds/sarson-1-1/2 tbsp
- Methi seeds-1-1/2 tbsp
- Vinegar-1/2 small bowl
- Mustard oil/sarson-1 bowl
- Radish-2 big (washed and skin removed)
Instructions
1)Cut radish into small pieces
2)Mix it with 1 tbsp of salt and keep it in sun for 3-4 hours slightly tilted
3)Put Skillet on gas add Mustard oil and dried radish into it
4)On other pan fry for few minutes Methi seeds+Mustard seeds and grind them
5)Put Salt+Haldi(Turmeric powder),Red chilli powder and above powder into radish skillet mix all of them properly
6)Switch off gas after 4-5 minutes than add Vinegar into above mixture
7)Pour it in a big bowl and let it cool
8)Here's ready Radish pickle,you can eat it immediately, but its taste comes out yummy after 2-3 days
9)Be ready with one glass bottle properly washed and dried in sun ,pour pickle into it and stored for about 1-2 month and enjoy yummy pickle.
