1 1/2 tbsp. veg. oil 1 pound snow peas 1/2 pound sm. mushrooms

1 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoon soy sauce 2 teaspoon sesame oil

Инструкции

1. Heat a wok or possibly large skillet, add in oil and mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 min, then add in snow peas, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Continue to stir-fry for 2 more min. Serve at once with rice and main course.
