1 whole orange skin and all
1/2 fresh pineapple less outside and core
1 c. sugar

1/2 pound pecans
1 pkg. cranberries
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend together all ingredients. Keep refrigerated. Makes 1 to 2 c.. Makes nice small gifts for friends.
