- 5 lb baby back ribs
- 2 x green bell peppers thinly sliced
- 2 x yellow bell peppers thinly sliced
- 2 x red bell peppers thinly sliced
- 2 x onions thinly sliced
- 6 x garlic cloves finely minced
- 2 x jalapeno peppers finely minced
- Â Â Lawry's seasoned salt
- Â Â Grnd black pepper

- Season ribs with salt and pepper. Rub minced garlic and jalapeno peppers onto ribs. Layer sliced peppers and onions on top of ribs. Wrap in foil and place in refrigerator for up to 48 hrs. (Oprah suggests wrapping each slab of ribs individually.) When ready to prepare, unwrap ribs and let come to room temperature about an hour. Bake in 300i F oven for 8 hrs.
- NOTES : A top-secret rib recipe which will have your mouth watering. Oprah called Quincy Jones in Paris to get permission to use it.
- Holly Says: Here's a recipe I got off of Oprah's website. I made these ribs this week and they were really good. I wrapped them individually and then baked them in the foil. They were done after seven hrs.
