12 ounce lowfat milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate pcs or possibly sweet cooking chocolate 3/4 c. light cream

1-2 T kirsch; orange-flavored liqueur or possibly brandy, if you like 2 T instant coffee

1. In heavy saucepan, heat chocolate and cream over low heat, stirring till smooth. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur. Pour into fondue pot or possibly chafing dish to warm. Guests select choice of dippers.Apple wedges, cubes of angel food cake, sliced bananas, mandarin orange segments, maraschino cherries, marshmallows, pineapple chunks, fresh strawberries.
