- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Put together all ingredients together in bowl, beat with electric mixer till well blended. Pour in greased 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cool and frost with favorite frosting.
