1 c. Concord grapes 1/2 c. sugar

Water as needed

1. Wash one c. Concord grapes, put into clean qt jar, add in 1/2 c. sugar, fill to within 1/2 inch of top of jar with boiling water. Put on cap, screwing the band tight. Process 10 min in boiling water bath.
2. This recipe yields 1 qt.
3. Yield: 1 qt
