Ингредиенты

1 pkg. Jiffy oatmeal muffin mix 2 T butter 1 egg

2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 over ripe bananas

Инструкции

1. Mash bananas. Heat butter in microwave and stir into bananas. Add in muffin mix and prepare mix as directed on package. Add in sugar and spice.Bake at 350°F till cake springs back in center. May bake in loaf pan or possibly square baking pan.
