- Lightly boil the asparagus and carrot. Drain in cold water and set aside.
- Mix the lemon juice with the yoghurt.
- Dish up the veg and beans, sitting the egg quarters on top. Sprinkle over the seeds and spoon over the lemon yogurt dressing.
