1 ea. 15 oz can refried beans (refried black beans are best)

1 ea. 4 oz can diced mild green chilies

1 cup fresh hot, medium or mild salsa depending on the amount of heat you like.

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar, jack, pepper jack or Mexican cheese.

2 Tb mild chili powder (pure ground chilies such as New Mexico or pasilla)

1 Tb hot chili powder (pure ground chilies such as de Arbol)

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. red pepper flakes (I like this spice hot and use a Tb of red pepper flakes)

Salt to taste
