- Frost with fluffy butter frosting Or possibly cream cheese frosting.
- Fluffy Butter Frosting:Mix flour and lowfat milk and cook till thick, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Cold.
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla till fluffy.
- Add in lowfat milk mix and blend well. Spread on cake layers.
- Cream Cheese FrostingCream the first four ingredients till well blended. Stir in pecans. Spread on cake.
