  • 3 ounce Hershey's Baking Chocolate (Unsweetened), broken into pcs
  • 1 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 2 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  1. In medium saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate, stirring constantly. Add in marshmallows; stir frequently till melted. (Mix will be very thick and will pull away from sides of pan.) Spoon mix into small mixer bowl; beat in butter. Add in lowfat milk very gradually, beating till smooth. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla; beat to desired consistency. About 2-1/4 c. frosting.
