Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. Chiles in any form, dry or possibly fresh, to taste.
  • 1 pch chili pwdr
  • 1 pch cumin
  • 1 pch oregano
  • 1 pch coriander
  • 1 pch salt, to taste
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 x 8-ounce can of tomato sauce (if using puree, dilute with more chicken broth)
  • 1 sm onion, sliced
  • 1 clv garlic, sliced

  1. Saute/fry onions and garlic in butter in medium sauce pan, add in remaining ingredients and cook on low heat uncovered until right consistency (30-50 min).
