Ingredients: 1/4 c. Meringue pwdr; 2 lb Confectioners' sugar; 1 1/2 c. Vegetable shortening; 6 Tbsp. Water; 1 Tbsp. Clear flavoring (a tinted flavoring will change color of the icing)

1/4 c. Meringue pwdr
2 lb Confectioners' sugar
1Â 1/2 c. Vegetable shortening
6 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Clear flavoring (a tinted flavoring will change color of the icing)

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix at slow speed till smooth. Add in a few drops of water, if needed.
This recipe yields sufficient to fill and cover a two-layer 9-inch cake.
