%20and%20delicious%20meals.%20I%20already%20had%20all%20of%20the%20ingredients%20needed%20for%20pumpkin-spiced%20cinnamon%20rolls,%20so%20they%20were%20an%20easy%20choice%20for%20this%20morning's%20breakfast.%20Besides,%20what's%20not%20to%20love%20about%20cinnamon%20rolls...especially%20pumpkin%20-spiced%20cinnamon%20rolls...especially%20at%20this%20time%20of%20year!?%20This%20is%20the%20perfect%20easy%20Saturday%20morning%20recipe,%20a%20morning%20that%20no%20on%20needs%20to%20rush%20off%20to%20work%20or%20school%20and%20you%20can%20all%20sit%20down%20together%20and%20enjoy%20it%20with%20glasses%20of%20cold%20milk%20or%20a%20cup%20of%20steaming,%20fragrant%20coffe.%20Make%20it%20in%20your%20p.j.'s...cartoons%20playing%20in%20the%20background...savoring%20the%20haven%20of%20your%20warm,%20cozy%20kitchen.%20Smile%20out%20at%20the%20cold,%20hard,%20gray%20November%20morning%20as%20the%20smell%20of%20pumpkin%20pie%20spice%20and%20cinnamon%20fill%20the%20air.%20The%20holiday%20hustle%20and%20bustle%20is%20just%20around%20the%20corner,%20but%20today%20it's%20just%20a%20low-key%20Saturday%20morning%20with%20the%20family%20and%20these%20yummy%20pumpkin-spiced,%20cream%20cheese%20and%20maple%20topped%20cinnamon%20rolls%20on%20your%20plate...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20began%20by%20combining%20the%20filling%20ingredients:%20pumpkin%20puree,%20a%20little%20butter,%20maple%20syrup,%20cinnamon,%20and%20pumpkin%20pie%20spice.%20Stir%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20grab%20an%2016-18%20oz%20package%20of%20refrigerated%20pizza%20dough.%20Kim,%20from%20The%20Ungourmet%20used%20Trader%20Joe's%20pizza%20dough%20that%20comes%20in%20a%20bag,%20not%20a%20tube.%20I%20went%20with%20what%20I%20already%20had...Pillsbury%20in%20a%20tube.%20I%20still%20haven't%20figured%20out%20where%20Trader%20Joe's%20is%20in%20this%20town...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou're%20supposed%20to%20roll%20it%20out%20into%20a%2012%20X%2010%20inch%20rectangle.%20Since%20I%20used%20the%20thin%20crust%20version%20of%20Pillsbury%20pizza%20dough,%20I%20simply%20needed%20to%20unroll%20it%20onto%20a%20floured%20surface.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20I%20spread%20the%20filling%20over%20the%20rectangle,%20leaving%20about%20an%20inch%20on%20each%20side.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKim%20commented%20that%20these%20rolls%20aren't%20overly%20sweet,%20which%20was%20good%20for%20her%20because%20super%20sweet%20goodies%20just%20aren't%20her%20cup%20of%20tea.%20Me%20on%20the%20other%20hand,%20I'm%20all%20about%20the%20sugar%20high!%20I%20sprinkled%20another%20layer%20of%20sugar-cinnamon%20blend%20over%20the%20filling%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen,%20starting%20with%20the%20long%20side,%20I%20rolled%20the%20rectangle%20up,%20jelly%20roll%20style.%20Pinch%20the%20seams%20to%20seal.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen,%20using%20a%20sharp%20knife,%20slice%20the%20roll%20into%201%20to%201-1/2%22%20portions.%20Mine%20were%20a%20little%20%22smooshy%22,%20partly%20because%20I%20used%20pizza%20roll%20from%20a%20tube%20and%20partly%20because%20I%20didn't%20roll%20it%20as%20tightly%20as%20I%20should%20have.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20all%20good,%20though...they%20still%20turned%20out%20okay.%20Transfer%20them%20to%20a%20greased,%209-inch%20baking%20dish.%20I%20used%20my%209-inch%20springform%20pan,%20but%20a%20regular%209%20in.%20round%20or%20square%20pan%20would%20work%20out%20just%20fine.%20Depending%20on%20the%20type%20of%20pizza%20dough,%20you%20might%20need%20to%20let%20these%20rise%20until%20doubled%20for%20about%2045%20minutes.%20Using%20pizza%20dough%20from%20a%20tube,%20I%20found%20that%20the%20rolls%20do%20not%20expand%20much%20when%20left%20to%20rest%20on%20the%20counter.%20I%20think%20that%20I%20let%20mine%20sit%20for%20about%2030%20minutes%20with%20no%20change.%20Next%20time,%20I%20might%20not%20even%20bother.%20Bake%20the%20rolls%20at%20350%20degrees%20for%2030%20minutes%20or%20until%20golden%20brown.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhile%20the%20rolls%20bake,%20combine%20the%20icing%20ingredients:%20butter,%20cream%20cheese,%20maple%20syrup,%20and%20a%20little%20orange%20juice.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESift%20in%20a%20cup%20of%20powdered%20sugar%20and%20stir%20until%20combined%20and%20smooth.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESpread%20the%20icing%20over%20the%20rolls%20while%20they%20are%20still%20warm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20recipe%20makes%20plenty%20of%20icing...feel%20free%20to%20smother%20em'!%20Mmmm.%20These%20were%20great%20fresh%20from%20the%20oven,%20but%20I%20liked%20them%20even%20better,%20hours%20later,%20with%20an%20afternoon%20cup%20of%20coffee.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPumpkin%20Spice%20Cinnamon%20Rolls%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eadapted%20from%20theUngourmet%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERoll%20dough%20into%20a%2012x10%20inch%20rectangle.%20Combine%20the%20pumpkin,%20spices,%20syrup%20and%20butter.%20Spread%20filling%20onto%20the%20rolled%20dough,%20leaving%201%20inch%20on%20each%20side.%20Carefully%20roll%20dough%20jelly-roll%20style,%20starting%20at%20the%20long%20end%20(this%20will%20be%20a%20bit%20messy).%20Pinch%20seam%20to%20seal.%20Use%20a%20sharp%20serrated%20knife%20to%20cut%2012%201%20inc
