  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/4 c. Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 c. Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 c. Minced Walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar

  1. Bread***
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and gradually add in the sugar, Large eggs and pumpkin. Mix well. Combine the dry ingredients and stir into the cream mix, blending well. Stir in chips and nuts. Pour in a greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 45-50 min till test done. Cold on rack.
