Ингредиенты

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. molasses
  • 1 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • 1 c. raisins and/or dates

Инструкции

  1. Put large eggs in electric mixer, turn on low. Add in next six ingredients slowly, mixing well after each. Sift dry ingredients and add in to mixer, then add in remaining ingredients, mixing well after each. Pour into 2 well greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 min in pans. Transfer to cooling rack.
