- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mix. Combine lowfat milk, oil, molasses, Large eggs, and vinegar; add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in onion and cheese.
- Spoon batter into an 8 1/2- x 4 1/2- x 3-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 50 to 60 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cold in pan 10 min; remove from pan, and let cold on a wire rack.
