It's chocolate pudding with rum sauce. I use rum syrup, since I'm pregnant now.

- Simmer in a saucepan, 1 table spoon plain agar-agar powder, 1 cup water, 1 cup plain low fat milk, 2 table spoons cocoa powder and 2 table spoons sugar.
- Stir continuously to avoid curds.
- After it simmers, take out from the heat.
- Stir until the hot vapor disappears.
- Pour into a mould.
- While waiting for the chocolate pudding to harden, let's make the sauce.
- Simmer in a saucepan, 1 cup plain low fat milk, 1 table spoon sugar and 1 table spoon cornstarch.
- Stir continuously to avoid curds.
- After it simmer, add 2 tea spoons rum syrup.
- Stir again for a minute, then take out from the heat.
- To get a real refreshing dessert,chill the pudding and the sauce before serving.
