This is a big Hit at work.. Want Pesto But dont Like having to find fresh basil. This One is Great and Quick. it goes great on Pasta and other things.

Ингредиенты

  • 4 Cups Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor, Mix til smooth.
  2. Serve as a dip or on pasta, Great in sandwiches
