Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. Chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp. Melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x (8 ounce) packs softened cream
  •     Cheese
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 6 ounce Pack Premier White baking
  •     Bars, melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  •     Cherry pie filling
  •     (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine chocolate wafer crmbs, butter & 1/4 c. sugar. Press proportionately onto bottom of 9" springform pan. Chill. In large bowl, beat cheese & 1/4 c. sugar till smooth. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  2. Blend in melted white chocolate & vanilla. Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 30-35 min till center is set. Cold completely. Loosen edge from pan; chill till serving time. Top with pie filling.
