- Pour cool lowfat milk into large bowl. Add in pumpkin, pudding mixes and pumpkin pie spice. Beat with a wire whisk 1 minute till well blended. (Mix will be thick). Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses.
- Refregerate 4 hrs or possibly till set.
- Sprinkle minced pecans over desserts just before serving. Garnish with additional whipped topping, grnd cinnamon, fresh mint and currants. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
- Makes 8 servings.
