- 1⁄2 tsp fine salt
- 125g (1/2 cup) mascarpone, room temperature
- 1 egg, room temperature (I used a medium one)
- 75ml (5 tbsp) milk, warm
- Topping
- 50g (1/3 cup) all-purpose (plain) flour
- 50g (1/4 cup) granulated (white) sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 50g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter, chilled and diced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten, for egg wash
