Ингредиенты

4 med. potatoes 1 sm. minced bell pepper 1 sm. jar pimentos; optional Salt and pepper 1/2 stick butter

1 T flour 1 c. lowfat milk 1/2 roll garlic cheese 1/2 roll jalapeno cheese

Инструкции

1. Peel and slice potatoes. Boil till tender. Layer in buttered casserole with bell pepper and pimento. Salt and pepper each layer well. Heat butter in saucepan. Add in flour and blend. Gradually add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Add in cheese (cubed) and cook till melted.Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
