Ингредиенты

  • 4 med potatoes scrubbed skin on
  • 1 lrg onion sliced thinly
  • 1 bag fresh spinach rinsed & sliced
  •     (stems removed)
  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute (equiv. to 2 Large eggs)
  •     nonfat parmesan cheese (Kraft Free Brand )
  • 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk
  •     Thyme
  •     Rosemary
  •     Black Pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Layer slices of potato, onions, sprinkle seasonings & Parmesan, distribute slice/minced spinach as middle layer, sprinkle more Parmesan.
  2. For the top layer, potato, then onion.
  3. Mix lowfat milk & egg and pour over casserole.
  4. Seasonings & generously sprinkle ff. Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil & bake at 350 for 30 min, remove foil and cook for appx 10 min more to brown cheese.
