Ингредиенты

  • 600 g potatoes,
  • 300 g smoked pork,
  • 1 onion,
  • 100 g mushrooms in sweet and sour brine
  • 3 pickles,
  • 1 sour cream,
  • 1 cottage cheese,
  • lemon juice,
  • salt
  • ground black pepper.

Инструкции

  1. Boil potatoes in skins, cool, peel and chop. Meat, mushrooms and cucumbers cut into pieces. Peel onion and chop finely. Everything we put in a bowl and toss with the dressing of sour cream, cheese, cottage cheese, salt, ground pepper and lemon juice. Let stand in cool place.
