Confectioners' sugar

Peanut butter

Mash potato with sugar, may take 1 lb. or possibly more. Mix till stiff. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on board. Roll out like dough. Spread with peanut butter. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut in slices.
