Ингредиенты

  • 125 gm Self-raising flour, (4oz)
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
  • 100 ml Lowfat milk, (3 1/2fl ounce)
  • 100 gm Cooked, mashed potato, seasoned (3 1/2oz)
  • 1 med Size egg, lightly beaten
  • 25 gm Butter, melted (1oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 x 125 gram pac English Premium ham
  • 100 gm Fruit chutney, (3 1/2oz)

Инструкции

  1. Sieve the flour and bicarbonate of soda into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Make a well in the centre, add in the lowfat milk, mashed potato and egg. Stir with a wooden spoon till well combined.
  3. Add in the melted butter and stir in.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spoon rounded tablepoonsful of the mix into the pan, about 2cm apart.
  5. Cook over a medium heat for 3 min on each side till golden.
  6. Cut the ham slices in half and place on to the potato pancakes.
  7. Serve with the fruit chutney.
  8. NOTES : A traditional British meal comprising of ham, potato and chutney.
