  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 beaten large eggs

  1. Put 2 tbsp yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Let stand 4 min. Meanwhile mix:
  2. Mix 4 cups bread flour with this. Then add in the yeast mix. Then add in 2 cups mashed potatoes (Potato Buds mixed as directed on package work well). Then add in 8 cups bread flour, kneading well after each cup.Cover mix with cloth. Let rise to double in size. Then form into shape rolls desired. Let rise to double, then bake. For sticky buns flatten mix to about 1 inch. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll together, then slice 2 inches thick, and place into 9 x 12 pan that has been prepared with 6 tbsp butter, sprinkle 3/4 cup brown sugar over butter, then dribble 4 tbsp molasses over which. Let rise to double in size. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
