Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. grated, pared raw potatoes
  • 1/2 c. grated pared apples
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon grnd mace
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • Grnd nutmeg

Инструкции

  1. Rinse potatoes in cool water, drain. Mix potatoes, apples, onion, Large eggs, flour, mace, salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in large skillet till warm. Fry potato mix using 1/3 c. for each pancake, adding oil as necessary. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
