Ингредиенты

4 c. potatoes 1/2 pound grnd sausage 3 tbsp. onion, minced 1 c. celery, minced

2 c. dry bread crumbs 2 teaspoon salt 3 tbsp. minced parsley

Инструкции

1. Partly boil potatoes and chop. Saute/fry sausage till lightly browned, break it up with fork. Remove from pan. Add in to pan; onion and celery, and saute/fry for 3 min. Add in the sausage, potatoes, and bread crumbs, also the salt and parsley. Mix all well together.
