- add in one layer of potatoes, salt and pepper, Gruyere, onion and parsley.
- Add in layer of ceps, onion, parsley and gruyere.
- Continue layers finish with potatoes and cheese.
- dor with butter, pour over cream.
- bake 180c, mark 4 for 1.3/4 hrs
- Serving Ideas : sprinkle with minced chives
- NOTES : add in bits of bacon or possibly ham
- use turnips and grated nutmegs.
