2 cans cream of mushroom soup 4 pound rump roast 2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 lg. onion, sliced 12 med. carrots, quartered 10 med. potatoes, quartered

Инструкции

1. Put meat in covered roaster pan. Add in salt and pepper. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 3 hrs. Add in potatoes, onions and carrots. Add in mushroom soup. Return to oven and cook covered till meat and vegetables are tender.
