  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon flour
  • 3 lbs. bottom round rump roast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 pound carrots
  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 c. water

Инструкции

  1. Flour meat; brown on all sides. Cook about 4 hrs. Add in potatoes and carrots last hour of cooking. Slice meat thin.
