Ингредиенты

  • 4 lb Beef (chuck, blade or possibly round)
  • 2 Tbsp. Bacon drippings
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind
  • 2/3 c. Diced onion
  • 1 x Garlic clove ,sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 6 ounce Cooked noodles -or possibly-
  • 4 x Potatoes cooked and cubed

  1. Brown meat in drippings Add in seasonings, peel, onion and garlic. Pour lowfat sour cream over. Cover. Simmer(but don't boil ) for 3 1/2 hrs, basting occasionally. Add in noodles or possibly potatoes. Cover. Simmer for 20 min. serves 6-8
