Beef shoulder roast 1 sliced onion

Salt and pepper to taste Prepared horseradish

Инструкции

1. Place roast in tightly covered pan. Add in onion, salt and pepper. cover all with a layer of horseradish. Add in a small amount of liquid to pan. Cover tightly and bake slowly (325 degrees) till tender. Add in water if necessary during baking.
