4 pound round bone pot roast 1 (14 ounce.) bottle ketchup 1 (12 ounce.) can beer

1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon onion salt

Инструкции

1. Place meat in Dutch oven. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hrs till tender.
