2 c. lowfat milk 1/2 cube butter 1 1/2 c. sugar

2/3 c. flour 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon lemon extract

1. Mix sugar, large eggs, butter, flour and add in lowfat milk in saucepan small amounts at a time, mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
