Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 7 ounce Portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clv garlic, crushed
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 dsh pepper
  • 1 dsh nutmeg
  • 3 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ravioli

Инструкции

  1. Prepare ravioli as per package; keep hot and set aside. Heat butter in skillet. Add in mushrooms, cook for 45 seconds. Add in crushed garlic, cream, lemon rind, pepper and nutmeg. Stir over low heat for 2 min.
  2. Add in parmesan cheese and cook for 3 more min. Pour sauce over cooked ravioli and serve.
  3. Serves 4.
