Ингредиенты

1 c. port wine
1/2 c. brown sugar

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. seed raisins (opt.)

Инструкции

Heat wine in double boiler. Mix cornstarch with sugar and stir into the wine. Cook and stir till sauce is smooth and clear. Add in 1/2 c. seeded raisins if desired. Other red wines may be used in making this sauce.
