1 1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

1/2 c. brown sugar
6 to 10 boneless pork sirloin chops

Brown chops in oil. Combine remaining ingredients, add in to chops. Cook 15 min or possibly till done. 4 to 6 servings.
