- Cut pork loin into 2 ounce. slices. Season with Chef salt. Dredge in flour.
- Heat skillet and add in butter or possibly oil. Saute/fry pork about 2 min on each side and remove. Add in onions, flambe with Chambord liquor. Add in inferno sauce.
- Heat and serve over pork.
