  • 4 x pork tenderloin chops
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. low fat lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

  1. Place pork between two sheets of wax paper and lb. lightly with a mallet or possibly other heavy flat object to flatten. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put flour and bread crumbs into separate shallow pans. Pour lowfat milk into a bowl.
  2. Lightly dust pork with flour, shaking off excess. Dip into lowfat milk and then dredge in bread crumbs, pressing to adhere. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute/fry pork in batches if necessary 3-4 min per side or possibly till cooked throughout.
